Q1. What is Cosmos Secret?
We are a self-care brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We make skincare products with love and care.

Q2. How do I place an order?
Go to our website, pick the product you like, add it to your cart, fill in your address in India, pay online, and click “Order”.

Q3. What payment methods can I use?
You can pay via credit/debit card, UPI, net-banking, or other online payment methods we show.

Q4. How long takes delivery?
Once we ship your order, delivery takes a few days depending on where you live. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is.

Q5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your prepaid order within one hour after placing it if we have not shipped it yet.

Q6. What if the product arrives wrong or broken?
If you get a wrong product, a broken item, or something expired — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We’ll fix it for you.

Q7. Are your products safe for all skin types?
We design for many skin types. But because everyone’s skin is different, please do a small patch test behind your ear or on your arm, wait 24 hours, and if there’s no redness or irritation, you’re good to go.
