Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We ship to cities and towns across India (including Jaipur, Rajasthan).

2. When we ship
After payment is confirmed, we pack and send your order. We aim to ship within 1-3 working days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location.

3. Shipping charges & free shipping
If your order is above ₹1199, you get free shipping. If below that, a shipping fee of ₹200 applies.

4. Tracking your order
We will send you a tracking number via email/SMS so you can see where your package is.

5. Address change & failed delivery
If you gave the wrong address or you’re unavailable, the courier may return the package to us. To resend, you may need to pay shipping again. If you realize you made a mistake in the address, contact us immediately — if we haven’t shipped yet, we may be able to change it.
